You may even find yourself lounging by the shoreline or cooling off in the blue-green waters. A 32-foot boat slip may be available upon request. In the center of the property, you’ll find the 86-foot lagoon-style pool and heated jacuzzi. This community area is surrounded by lounge chairs, dining tables, and plenty of areas to sit back and relax.

Entering the residence from the private elevator you’ll find a spacious, open floor plan. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line Sub-Zero and Wolf Gas appliances. The space features lavish Caesar-stone countertops, porcelain tile, Kohler plumbing fixtures, and designer-selected lighting fixtures. Head into the grand room which has 10-foot ceilings and cozy couches. From the grand room, you’ll head outdoors to the oversized living terrace with 9-foot stacked sliders which are perfect for entertaining. The terrace offers multiple seating areas, a large flatscreen TV, fireplace, and Lynx infrared/gas grill. There is also a Sonos sound system throughout the space.

The clean and comfortable bedrooms have a home-away-from-home feel. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, adjoining master bathroom, terrace access, and ocean and pool views. The second guest bedroom also has a king-size bed, along with a large closet and full bath. The third guest bedroom has a full bath, king-size bed, and balcony. POOL INFO: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say there’s is no evidence that the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 can spread through the water in pools, hot tubs, spas, or water play areas. Proper operation and maintenance (including disinfecting with chlorine and bromine) of these facilities should inactivate the coronavirus in the water.

That being said, to ensure the health and safety of all around, we must make a few changes.   Currently, the Florida Governor suggests limiting groups to no more than 10 people.   Also, the CDC encourages all to practice social distancing of 6 feet and respect other people’s space.  

For the beach and lounge chairs, we suggest disinfecting before and after use.  Maison Matecumbe is a residential condo complex and not a resort, so it is up to the guest to self sanitize and use their best judgement.   Alternatively, guests can bring their own personal lounge chairs.  Personal lounge chairs are not to be left out and must be brought back in when not in use.
